“Working with Brianna over the past four years has become essential in my life as a busy business owner and mom!”

from Erika

“Navigating perimenopause, I needed strength training but felt intimidated at the gym. Her virtual sessions are easy to fit into my routine and personalized for my needs, using minimal equipment at home. Recently, we added yoga once a week, which has helped me release tension and start each day grounded and focused. Bri keeps me strong, confident, and comfortable in my body as I age, and I genuinely enjoy our time together. I recommend her to all my busy working mom friends!”

“Honestly, what didn’t we work on? From strength training to mobility and stretching to mindful eating, Bri guided me back into reconnecting with my body. It felt like falling in love with myself again.”

from Joycelin

Before working with Bri, I wasn’t doing well.. mentally, physically, or emotionally. I used to be an avid gym-goer, but after COVID I gained weight, lost my confidence, and couldn’t find my rhythm again. It was frustrating knowing I knew how to lift and knew how to eat well, but mentally something was off. I wasn’t seeing progress, and I felt completely stuck, like I couldn’t pick myself back up.

One of the biggest shifts was realizing how complacent I had become by training alone for so long. With Bri, I was consistently challenged in a way that still honored where I was at. She helped correct my form, taught me better movement patterns, and showed me that just because I’d been doing something for years didn’t mean I was doing it well. Most importantly, she gave me the structure, consistency, and accountability I had been missing. It felt like having a gym partner, but better.

“Our work together focused primarily on building strength. I was already comfortable with my weight, but I didn’t feel strong in my body. Training with Bri felt incredibly empowering — she challenged me in a way that was both motivating and safe, helping me push past limits I didn’t realize I had.”

Before working with Bri, I didn’t feel great physically. I felt weak and disconnected from my body. Mentally and emotionally I was okay, but I knew I wanted to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable overall.

One of the biggest takeaways was learning how to train effectively. I gained a deeper understanding of proper form, full-body engagement, and how lifting heavier with consistency actually leads to feeling stronger and more toned — without feeling bulky. I also developed much better body awareness and confidence in my movement.

Her coaching gave me a strong foundation that’s stayed with me. I still lift heavy, stay active, and feel confident in the gym. Her emphasis on form, core engagement, and muscle activation continues to shape how I train today.

If you’re considering working with Bri, do it. She has a gift for creating personalized, goal-oriented workouts that truly work for your body. She’s knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and takes the time to make sure you understand what you’re doing and why.

from McKenna Zhang

“Before working with Bri, my relationship with exercise was rooted in self-doubt and self-sabotage. I felt emotionally drained and believed that ‘taking care of myself’ meant only resting, never strengthening. I didn’t trust my body, and I definitely didn’t trust myself.”

From day one, Bri met me where I was — emotionally, mentally, and physically. We worked on my mindset just as much as my movement. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine devotion to my wellbeing made me feel supported in a way I had never experienced in fitness before.

The biggest shift was learning that exercise didn’t have to be something I dreaded. It became something I looked forward to — a habit, a ritual, a safe place. Bri introduced me to trauma-informed yoga and stretching, and I fell in love with slowing down. She taught me how to sit with discomfort without judging myself. Even when single-leg workouts humbled me, she helped me give myself permission to train at the level I was at, instead of expecting perfection on day one.

Today, I’m doing so well because I learned real foundations with Bri — not just workouts, but how I personally need to approach movement, nutrition, and even spirituality. I’m rebuilding my core strength, staying consistent with stretching, and still going to yoga classes once a month. I feel connected to my body in a way I never did before.
